Roads, Highways and Bridges

The Works include the design review and supervision of construction work for the 18 km road along with 20 km of service roads and several interchanges. The project construction budget is estimated at US$ 100 Million with the works being financed by KFAED, BADEA and the Government of the Kingdom of Swaziland.

The project consists of the reconstruction of the main trunk road from Mafraq to the Iraqi Border. The project will be widened to a four lane highway with grade separated interchanges. The project includes several bridges with spans from 50 – 120 meters and reinforced concrete box culverts. The surfacing will be of bituminous concrete.

The project road extends in the northern part of the Republic of Liberia adjacent to the Guinean & Sierra Leonean border extending from Konia to Voinjama to Mendikoma with a total length of (144 km). The project will consist of two lane two way highway with 7.2 meter width and 1.5 meter shoulders along with three major bridges and numerous box and pipe culverts.

Works included feasibility studies, detailed design and preparation of tender documents for the 178 KM road. The project was financed by the Government of Tanzania at an approximate cost of US $ 90 million.

The Works include the design review and supervision of construction work for 7 bridges crossing rivers in various part of the country. The project construction budget is US $15 million and the work is financed by BADEA.

Complete update of the Gambia transport master plan of the entire country covering all transport sectors.

The Works included the preparation of the Economic Feasibility Study and Detailed Design of three separate roads of total 340 km length in the rural region of the Republic of Malawi. The project construction budget was estimated at US $ 50 Million. The Works were funded by Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (KFAED).

The Works included the preparation of the Economic Feasibility Study, Detailed Design and 340 km long Highway connecting the two major cities of Malawi. The total construction cost of the project is expected to be US$ 200 Million which include bridges, intersections and other related structures. The Works were financed by KFAED and Government of Malawi.

The Works included the preparation of the Economic Feasibility Study, Detailed Design and Construction Supervision of the 106 km long road. The total construction cost of the project was US$ 50 Million which included bridges & intersections. The Works are financed by KFAED, BADEA, OPEC and Government of Malawi.

The Works included the Updating of Economic Feasibility study, detailed Design and Supervision of the 75 km road. The construction cost was US$ 20 million which included three bridges. The Works were funded by KFAED, OPEC and Government of Mozambique.

The Works included the preparation of the Economic Feasibility Study, Detailed Design and Construction Supervision of the 186 km long road which formed the 4th and final phase of Trans Kalahari Project in Botswana. The total construction cost of the project was US$ 38 Million. The Works were funded by KFAED, BADEA and Government of Botswana.

The Works included the Construction Supervision of the 150 km long road in Senegal. The project construction cost was US$ 35 Million. The Works were co-funded by KFAED, The Saudi Fund, BADEA, the Islamic Development Bank (IDB), OPEC and other African Financing Agencies.

The Works included the Construction Supervision of the 143 km long road in Niger. The project construction cost was US$ 20 Million. The Works were funded by KFAED and the Government of Niger including bridges and intersections.

The Works included the preparation of the complete Economic Feasibility study, Detailed Design and Tender documents for the 140 km road connecting the capital with the major economic centres in the south. The project construction budget was estimated at US$ 30 Million. The Works were financed by KFAED.

The Works included the Updating of the Economic Feasibility study of the 200 km road extending between Arlit and the Algerian border in the north-west of Niger. The project construction budget was estimated at US$ 35 Million. The Works were financed by IDB.

The Works included the preparation of the complete Feasibility study, Detailed Design, Tender documents and Construction Supervision of 80 km long project comprising of four roads. The project construction cost was US$ 11 Million and was financed by KFAED, BADEA and the Government of The Gambia.

The Works included Updating of the Economic Feasibility Study, Detailed Design and Preparation of Tender Documents for the 175 km in Burkina Faso. The project construction budget was estimated at US$ 37 Million. The Works were financed by the Government of Burkina Faso and OPEC.

The Works included the preparation of the complete Feasibility study, Detailed Design, preparation of Tender documents and supervision for the 4.1 km of road between Matoto and Enta intersection and the 14.3 km of road between Enta intersection and Km 36. The project construction budget was estimated at US$ 20 Million. The Works were financed by KFAED.

The Works included the Detailed Design, Tender documents and the Construction Supervision of the 180 km long road in Mongolia. The project construction cost was US$ 20.0 Million. The Works were funded by KFAED and the Government of Mongolia.

The Works included the Construction Supervision of the 67 km road extending between Notse and Atakpame in the North of the Capital City of LOME. The project construction budget was US$ 10 Million. The Works were financed by KFAED.

The Works included the Construction Supervision of the 138.2 km road. The project construction budget was US$ 10 Million. The Works were financed by KFAED, OPEC and Government of Chad.

The project involved the preparation of the master plan and design for one of Kuwait’s Fine Major District Centres with a catchment area of 500,000 inhabitants, including; water distribution network, roads, and intersections, sewage and stormwater network and electrical distribution. The value of the total development was US$ 350 million.

The Works included the Construction Supervision of the 32 km road. The project construction budget was US$ 15 Million. The Works were financed by BADEA, OPEC Fund and Government of Tanzania.

The Works included supervision of construction along the 21 KM road. The project construction budget was US $10 million and was financed by Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (KFAED).

The Works included the complete update of the Feasibility study, Detailed Design, preparation of Tender documents of 560 KM Road Funded By BADEA

Water Supply & Distribution

The Consultancy Services for the Design & Supervision for the Gunjur Water Supply Project – The Gambia

The works include the design and supervision of the entire Water Supply system. The project construction budget is $15 million and the work is financed by the Islamic Development Bank.

Irrigation Networks

  • A complete irrigation network with treatment plant for the Six Hospital Complexes in Kuwait. The Value of the project was US$ 15 million.
  • A complete irrigation network including treatment facilities for Al Qurain Housing Scheme – Kuwait.
  • A complete water and irrigation network including treatment facilities for the Sulaibikhat District – Kuwait
  • Assistance and supervision of the rehabilitation works in Sono, Burkina Faso. The Works included the supervision and quality control of the hydro agricultural rehabilitation of 210ha of land located 270 km north west of Ouagadougou. The value of this project was US$ 3 Million. The project was funded by BADEA.

Airports

Expansion & Development of the existing airport to meet the current and expected passenger and cargo air traffic. The Works included the reconstruction of the Runway, Expansion of the Apron, Construction of three new taxiways, the rehabilitation of the terminal building, construction of new fire fighting building, construction of a new maintenance building, construction of Emergency Operation Centre, provision of navigation-aids and two new generators, construction of the access roads and stormwater drainage.

Extension of the existing runway , rehabilitation and expansions of the existing passenger apron, construction of new cargo apron, the construction of a new terminal building, control tower, cargo building, power block, access roads, sewerage system, water supply system, drainage works, provision of fire tenders and other ancillary works.

Port Development

Kingstown Development Project-Cruise and Ferry Berth Facilities- St. Vincent & the Grenadines

The complete design review, updating and confirmation of the requirements in addition to the supervision of Construction and Project Management of the ports facilities including the buildings, land reclamation, vessels & berths, traffic logistics, tidal current etc. The project construction budget was US$ 16.0 Million. The Works were funded by KFAED.
